This role is responsible for leading the ReNu Technologies operations team in the field by safely and professionally serving our clients and filed teams in the field. Ensuring ReNu Operations teams exceed our clients expectations.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nOversee and manage fin fan cleaning campaigns \nManage and train Supervisors on site \nCommunicate with refinery operations and maintenance throughout campaigns \nManage staffing requirements of FAS team \nManage logistics of equipment needed on sites for successful campaigns \nCollect required data and relay to reporting team daily \nProvide site notes to ReNu manager and refinery POCs daily \nObserve teams on site to control quality of service, safety and company standards/policies are being followed at all times \nProvide real time training to all staff throughout campaigns \nAssist Supervisors through challenges while on campaigns \nPerform campaign onboarding meetings with Supervisors, Lead FAS and FAS employees \nPerform site walks to assess equipment health and performance with both current and prospective customers \nProvide direct feedback to Supervisors and conduct reviews scheduled by ReNu management\nExpectations:\nCompetent problem solver \nMaintain safe work practices at all times \nRepresent ReNu in a professional and respectful manner while on and off the job site \nStrive to bring the best out of team members and the customers we serve \nPromote team environment and group think \nAccept feedback and continual effort towards improvement \nSupervisory Responsibilities\nManagement of Foam Application Specialists (FAS) and FAS Leads \nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n2-3 years of refinery experience \nSome management and/or leadership experience \nOr 1-2 years of RTI field support roles. \nAdditional or Preferred Qualifications\nTWIC Card \nValid Driver’s License \nValid Passport \nBi-Lingual (Spanish/English) \nWorking Conditions / Physical Demands\nWork will be executed in the field for campaigns and site-walks. On Occasion, there may be requirements for office and work from home assignments. Standard campaign shifts are 12-14-hour workdays, 7 days a week until the campaign is complete, and all demobilization and logistics are complete.\nOn campaigns you will be required to carry equipment (up to 50 pounds), climb stairs and ladders, and work in inclement weather.\nPPE is required at all times while on the job site. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses.\nReNu Technologies office/administrative work can be done at a home office where ReNu will provide the needed office items to perform such work.\nTravel Requirements\nThis position may required 150+ overnights per year.
