Role Overview Reflection is looking for a founding Brand Designer to help define and own Reflection’s visual identity. As the first design hire on the marketing team, you’ll play a foundational role in evolving our brand and setting the creative bar across the company. This is a hands-on role for a uniquely versatile design leader who can translate complex technical ideas into clear, distinctive visual communication. We’re looking for someone with exceptional craft, strong conceptual instincts, and the range to work across formats while building a coherent, recognizable brand system as Reflection grows.
