applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and business processes.\n\n- Experience with Performance Testing using K6 to assess application scalability, stability, and responsiveness.\n\n- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps platforms.\n\n- Proficient in SOQL/SOSL for Salesforce data validation and backend testing activities.\n\n- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex testing, integration testing, and deployment validation.\n\n- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and modern software development practices.\n\n- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools, AI-assisted automation frameworks, and intelligent test generation solutions.\n\n- Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for test case creation, defect prediction, test maintenance, and quality engineering processes.\n\n- Keen interest in emerging AI technologies and their application in Software Testing and Automation Engineering.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web, mobile, API, and Salesforce applications.\n\n- Build and execute automated test suites using Playwright, Appium, and WebdriverIO.\n\n- Develop robust test automation strategies for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\n\n- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.\n\n- Execute performance and load testing using K6 and analyze system performance bottlenecks.\n\n- Validate Salesforce applications, integrations, and business workflows through automated and manual testing approaches where required.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\n\n- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable recommendations for quality improvements.\n\n- Contribute to automation framework enhancements, coding standards, and QA best practices.\n\n- Mentor team members and promote automation-first and quality engineering practices across projects.\n\nPrimary Skills :\n\n- Experience : 5+ years.\n\n- Core Technical Skills : Strong exposure to automation testing.\n\n- Experience with Playwright JS / TS, mobile automation using Appium and WebdriverIO, test pipeline configuration, and performance testing using K6.\n\n- AI
