: \n\nWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, especially under fixed-bid and time-bound engagements.\n\nThe ideal candidate must possess strong technical acumen, proven experience in managing complex software projects, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nProject Delivery & Execution : \n\n- Lead the end-to-end execution of fixed-bid and time & material projects.\n\n- Own project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality goals are met.\n\n- Manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting.\n\nStakeholder Management : \n\n- Act as the single point of contact for all customer interactions and escalations.\n\n- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders (Business, IT, Product teams).\n\n- Facilitate requirement workshops, reviews, and regular cadence meetings with clients.\n\nTeam Management : \n\n- Lead cross-functional teams (onsite/offshore) including developers, testers, business analysts, and support staff.\n\n- Drive resource planning, effort estimation, and allocation based on project needs.\n\n- Ensure high team performance through mentoring, motivation, and timely feedback.\n\nGovernance & Reporting : \n\n- Establish and manage project governance (status reporting, issue logs, risk registers).\n\n- Drive project health assessments and corrective actions when needed.\n\n- Present project dashboards and reports to internal leadership and client stakeholders.\n\nTechnical Understanding : \n\n- Understand solution architecture, technical dependencies, and constraints.\n\n- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making with Architects and Dev Leads.\n\n- Provide value-added input during design and implementation phases.\n\nPrimary Skills : \n\n- Proven track record of successfully managing fixed-bid delivery engagements.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.\n\n- Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, or similar PM tools.\n\n- Hands-on experience in managing full SDLC projects (preferably with web or enterprise applications).\n\n- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.\n\n- Experience in working with global delivery models
