ANALYST\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.\n\n- Gather, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.\n\n- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.\n\n- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development and implementation teams.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, project managers, and business teams.\n\n- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and improvement.\n\n- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and root-cause analysis to support business decisions.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement prioritisation, where applicable.\n\n- Support solution design, functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.\n\n- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support decision-making.\n\n- Manage stakeholder communication, requirement changes, dependencies, and project documentation.\n\n- Support implementation, deployment, and post-production enhancements.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 5 - 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or a related role.\n\n- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and process mapping.\n\n- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\n- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.\n\n- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.\n\n- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes.\n\n- Experience with UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking, and solution validation.\n\n- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.\n\n- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, or equivalent platforms.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, SaaS products, or technology implementation projects.\n\n- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms.\n\n- Exposure to APIs, system integrations, workflow automation, or data flows.\n\n- Experience with process modelling, BPMN, or other business process documentation techniques.\n\n- Domain experience in BFSI, IT, consulting, e-commerce, healthcare, or other relevant industries.\n\n- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or Management.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\n\n- Able to connect business objectives with technical solutions.\n\n- Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.\n\n- Strong at structured problem-solving,
