Description :\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nDelivery & Project Execution :\n\n- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and programs.\n\n- Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, quality, and budgets.\n\n- Drive project planning, estimation, execution, governance, and release management.\n\n- Implement Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.\n\n- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery KPIs.\n\nTeam Leadership :\n\n- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other technology professionals.\n\n- Build high-performing teams through mentoring, performance management, and collaboration.\n\n- Manage resource allocation, utilization, ramp-up, and ramp-down requirements.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management :\n\n- Act as the primary interface between clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.\n\n- Build and maintain strong client relationships.\n\n- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans.\n\n- Manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.\n\nRisk & Delivery Governance :\n\n- Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.\n\n- Establish strong delivery governance and quality standards.\n\n- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and best practices.\n\nAccount Mining & Business Growth :\n\n- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth within existing client engagements.\n\n- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on proposals, solutioning, estimations, and new opportunities.\n\n- Contribute to account strategy and strengthen long-term client relationships.\n\nFinancial & Resource Management :\n\n- Manage P&L, budgets, profitability, and margins for assigned accounts or delivery portfolios.\n\n- Track project financial performance and drive margin optimization.\n\n- Ensure effective resource planning and utilization.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 12+ years of experience in technology delivery or IT services.\n\n- At least 3+ years of experience leading programs, delivery portfolios, or engineering teams.\n\n- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology projects with distributed teams.\n\n- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and DevOps.\n\n- Exposure to technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, or similar is preferred.\n\n- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.\n\n- Experience in client-facing delivery and stakeholder management.\n\n- Strong understanding of project estimation, financial management, and resource planning.\n\n- Proven experience in account mining and business growth.\n\nPreferred Certifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.\n\n- PMP / Scrum / SAFe certification is an advantage.\n\nKey
