Positioned at the nexus between engineers, and both internal and external suppliers, you will play a central role in orchestrating mission success.\nYour Mission:\nYou lead solar array development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nYou define and own the technical vision for solar array panel development, translating mission requirements and business objectives into a clear direction for future designs and capabilities.\nYou establish and maintain the technology roadmap, lead architecture decisions and engineering trade studies, and provide technical direction throughout development.\nYou identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.\nYou collaborate closely with satellite mission teams and Business Development to understand customer needs and mission requirements.\nYou build, manage, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, taking ownership of team deliverables and ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.\nYou lead through context, trust, and empowerment, enabling your team to take ownership, grow, and deliver their best work.\nYour Background:\nYou have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nYou bring a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end aerospace projects.\nYou have experience leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nYou are familiar with different project management frameworks, including Agile methodologies.\nYou bring hands-on experience in solar array development, integration, assembly, and testing.\nYou have excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.\nWhat We Offer:\nCollaborate with a diverse multinational team crafting the next wave of cutting-edge satellites.
