If you are ready to take on exciting challenges and be part of a company that is redefining the boundaries of satellite technology, we welcome you to embark on this thrilling journey with us!\nYour Mission:\nLead the development and integration of onboard software, from the initial concept to deployment in orbit.\nDevelop mission-specific software, payload software, and core flight software needed for the satellite missions.\nServe as the primary interface between the customer, the mission team, the flight software team, and the payload providers.\nTranslate mission and customer needs into precise technical specifications and design solutions.\nSupport the mission managers and software team leads in planning, coordinating, and tracking software-related work packages.\nContribute to and lead technical reviews at project milestones. Produce concise technical deliverables and material for these reviews.\nSupport integration and test phases for subsystems and payloads.\nCoordinate daily work with the team. Monitor progress. Report critical blockers to leadership.\n For Staff level: lead complex initiatives that span multiple tasks and epics, layers of the technical stack, and teams.\nYour Background:\nBackground in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nTypically 3+ years (mid-level), 5+ years (senior), or 8+ years (staff) of experience in high-reliability embedded or spaceflight software.\nProgramming experience in C and Python.\nProgramming experience in both embedded RTOS and Embedded Linux/POSIX environments.\nKnowledge of satellite subsystems, satellite payloads, and payload operational constraints.\nSkilled in structured problem-solving, technical communication, and collaborative team work.\nExperience with ECSS standards (e.g., ECSS-E-ST-40, ECSS-Q-ST-80, etc.) is a plus.\nExperience with NASA cFS or similar frameworks is a plus.\nWhat We Offer:\nCollaborate with a diverse multinational team crafting the next wave of cutting-edge satellites.
