This is a hands-on role for someone who has hired senior technical talent internationally, thrives in early-stage environments, and cares deeply about hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn full-cycle technical recruiting:\nOwn searches end to end, from role kickoff through offer and close.\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans.\n\nRun structured, high-signal interview processes aligned with a high talent bar.\n\nSource and close top technical talent:\nProactively source senior engineers and technical talent across the US, Europe, and Latin America.\n\nProactively source for Customer Success, GTM, and Product roles across the US.\n\nBuild and maintain strong pipelines using outbound sourcing, referrals, and market insight.\n\nAssess technical and behavioral fit in partnership with hiring managers.\n\nNavigate global hiring models:\nRecruit for international roles.\n\nPartner with People/Ops to ensure compliant, scalable hiring practices by region.\n\nAdvise on market dynamics, compensation expectations, and talent availability.\n\nDeliver a great candidate experience:\nEnsure a thoughtful, respectful, and well-run experience for all candidates.\n\nCommunicate clearly and move quickly across time zones.\n\nRepresent Reflow’s values and standards in every interaction.\n\nHelp build the recruiting foundation:\nImprove recruiting processes, documentation, and tooling as we scale.\n\nBring structure where helpful, without introducing unnecessary process.\n\nRaise the bar for hiring quality across the company.\n\nWho you are\nProven experience as a technical recruiter, owning full-cycle hiring for roles such as AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps and Security Engineers, Data Platform Engineers, and Mac and Windows Developers.\n\nExperience hiring for founding engineering positions at an early-stage startup\n\nDemonstrated success in hiring roles in the US, Europe, and Latin America.\n\nExperience working with an early-stage U.S.-based tech startup or scaleups.\n\nStrong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.\n\nClear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.\n\nComfortable working in ambiguity and building processes as you go.\n\nBonus points\nBackground hiring for highly selective or high-performance teams.\n\nExperience partnering closely with founders or senior leadership.\n\nWhy join\nHigh ownership over technical hiring at an early-stage company.\n\nDirect partnership with leadership and hiring managers.\n\nOpportunity to shape how Reflow hires globally from the ground up.\n\nCompensation:\nWe offer competitive pay based on the market and where you’re located.
