This is a hands-on role for someone who has built in very early-stage environments and thrives without guardrails.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn product direction and outcomes:\nOwn product direction, roadmap, and prioritization - making tradeoffs across customer value, speed, and technical constraints.\n\nTurn ambiguous goals into clear problems, scopes, and shipped solutions.\n\nBe accountable for outcomes, not artifacts.\n\nRun product execution and operations:\nDrive planning, sequencing, and timelines with engineering.\n\nManage dependencies, unblock progress, and keep delivery on track.\n\nOwn release planning, testing, rollouts, and post-launch learning.\n\nBe deeply hands-on:\nWrite product specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.\n\nReview builds, test flows, and iterate with engineers in real time.\n\nMake fast calls when things are unclear or breaking.\n\nStay close to customers and partners:\nTalk to customers constantly: discovery, validation, onboarding, and support.\n\nTranslate feedback into priorities and concrete product changes.\n\nSupport partner setup, onboarding, and early integrations when needed.\n\nBuild early product systems:\nEstablish how roadmap, prioritization, and execution work.\n\nCreate lightweight processes that increase speed, not bureaucracy.\n\nDocument decisions and patterns so the product can scale.\n\nWho you are\n5+ years of product management experience, with at least part of that in a very early-stage startup.\n\nFormer founder, founding PM, or first/early product hire is strongly preferred.\n\nProven ability to ship real products in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.\n\nComfortable owning execution details, not delegating them away.\n\nStrong technical and product judgment; engineers trust your calls.\n\nBias toward action, clarity, and momentum.\n\nBonus points\nExperience with B2B SaaS, data, analytics, workflow, or platform products.\n\nTechnical background or deep technical fluency.\n\nExperience owning integrations or partner-facing features.\n\nWhy join Reflow\nFounding-level ownership over product and execution.\n\nDirect access to founders and customers, zero layers.\n\nReal influence over product direction, roadmap, and delivery.\n\nOpportunity to grow into Head of Product as the company scales.\n\nFlexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high expectations.\n\nThis is a role for someone who wants to build the product, not manage around it - and who’s excited to do so in a true early-stage startup.\nCompensation:\nWe offer competitive pay based on the market and where you’re located.
