As we scale product development, customer usage, and partner integrations, we need someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to how product work actually ships.\nThis is a Product Operations role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution, turning priorities into plans and plans into shipped outcomes.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn prioritization and execution flow\nPartner with founders and product leadership to prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, revenue, and technical constraints.\n\nTranslate high-level priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, and timelines.\n\nSupport the engineering team by clarifying scope, sequencing work, and protecting focus.\n\nDrive testing and delivery\nCoordinate product testing, releases, and rollouts to ensure quality and readiness.\n\nManage dependencies, unblock teams, and keep work moving across functions.\n\nTrack progress and surface risks early - no surprises.\n\nBe the connective tissue\nAct as the operational bridge between product, engineering, GTM, and partners.\n\nTurn customer, sales, and support feedback into clear, actionable inputs for the product team.\n\nEnsure everyone knows what’s shipping, when, and why.\n\nPartner setup and onboarding\nParticipate in the setup and onboarding of partners (pilots, early access programs).\n\nCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver smooth launches.\n\nDocument processes so partner onboarding becomes repeatable and scalable.\n\nProject manage cross-functional initiatives\nLead cross-functional product initiatives end-to-end (new features, launches, integrations).\n\nDefine success criteria, timelines, owners, and follow-ups.\n\nImprove how we plan, execute, and learn from product work over time.\n\nWho you are\nExperience in product operations, program management, product management, or technical operations.\n\nComfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs (you don’t need to code, but you speak the language).\n\nStrong at prioritization, planning, and execution: You bring order without slowing things down.\n\nClear, structured communicator who keeps teams aligned and moving.\n\nProactive and calm under pressure; you anticipate issues before they become problems.\n\nThrive in early-stage environments where processes are built, not inherited.\n\nBonus points\nExperience working on B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or workflow products.\n\nExposure to partner integrations, APIs, or platform products.\n\nBackground in startups or fast-growing teams.\n\nWhy join\nBe remembered as the person who made the product org work.\n\nWork directly with founders and shape how product decisions get made.\n\nHigh ownership across roadmap, execution, and partner delivery.\n\nOpportunity to grow into Head of Product Ops, Program Management, or Product Leadership as the company scales.\n\nFlexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high impact.\n\nThis role is for someone who loves turning ambition into execution, and making sure the right things ship, the right way, at the right time.\nCompensation:\nWe offer competitive pay based on the market and where you’re located.
