Communication & Organization: Answer calls, manage messages, verify patient information, and maintain accurate records.\nFinancial Accuracy: Collect co-pays, verify insurance eligibility, and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.\nProblem Solving & Patient Advocacy: Address patient concerns, escalate issues as needed, and ensure a positive experience.\nTeam Collaboration: Work seamlessly
