Oversee and manage multi-site physician schedules and relationships. \nCandidate Profile & Qualifications:\nExperience: Minimum of 1 year in healthcare management or a comparable leadership role, multi practice management strongly preferred. \nEducation: 4-year degree from an accredited university required.\n Technology: Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems (experience with Nextech is a significant advantage).\nSoft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a talent for building cross-functional relationships.\nGreat to have:\nMaster’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.\nProven track record in multi-site clinical management.\nExperience managing an ASC \nWeCare: We prioritize patients, colleagues, and families with compassionate, leading care and treat all with dignity and respect.
