They must excel in communication, organisation, and strategic thinking, possessing a genuine passion for developing others as well as a strong understanding of politics. They must be able to deliver engaging campaign training content to support the growth of the party.\nWith 62% of Reform UK members having never been a member of a political party, we have passionate volunteers who are keen to learn how to deliver high quality election campaigns. You’ll be a natural people-person with sharp administrative and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and play a vital role in driving results across the UK.
