Video Editor
Reform UK is looking for a Video Editor to join our exceptional creative team.
This role is all about producing a high volume of sharp, engaging video content that cuts through on social media, at events, and on broadcast platforms. If you can deliver impactful edits quickly and consistently, this is your chance to have your work seen by millions.
What you’ll do
- Edit video content for digital and live use: social media clips, campaign films, event videos, promotional trailers, and broadcast-ready pieces.
- Adapt content for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, live screens, and TV) while keeping a consistent look and feel.
- Work closely with the wider team to turn around edits on tight deadlines.
- Translate complex messages into clear, powerful, and visually engaging videos.
- Ensure every edit is polished, accurate, and ready for a national audience.
- Bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to push our video output further.
What we’re looking for
- A strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience editing video in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, and motion graphics a strong plus).
- Politically aware - you’ll understand the pace, tone, and impact of working in politics.
- Confidence working to tight deadlines and producing a large volume of edits without losing quality.
- A strong eye for pacing, framing, audio, and visual impact.
