Responsibilities will include daily support, tracking and organization across team functions. They will serve as the marketing and strategic support for these categories both within the organization and to external functional partners. They will be responsible for execution and reporting in their key areas of ownership.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nGifting & VIP Relations\nCoordinate gifting and product seeding for influencers, celebrities, stylists, editors, and key brand contacts, including outreach, product pulls, packaging, shipping, and follow-up.\nTrack all gifting and stylist/press photoshoot pulls and loans in the marketing gifting budget, maintaining accurate records of product allocation and spend.\nMaintain gifting lists, contact databases, inventory trackers, and shipping records.\nMonitor product placements, overall gifting activity, and prepare regular gifting reports. \nResearch emerging creators and tastemakers to support gifting campaigns, team initiatives, and other seeding opportunities.\nSocial Media & Content\nSupport day-to-day social media management, including content organization, scheduling, publishing, and organic social monitoring across platforms.\nMonitor social trends, cultural moments, competitor activity, and emerging creators to identify relevant opportunities for the brand.\nTrack social performance and engagement, organize assets, and share relevant insights with the team.\nAdministrative & Team Support\nHandle miscellaneous errands, coordinate couriers and deliveries, and provide on-the-ground support for marketing initiatives using a personal vehicle as needed.\nCreate decks and presentations for various brand initiatives, campaigns, and special projects.\nManage and take ownership of special initiatives, ensuring projects stay organized and on track.\nSupport cross-functional collaboration across the marketing organization, including meeting scheduling, agenda creation, and follow-up recaps.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects run smoothly, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and organization.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nIdeally has 1-2+ years minimum of experience in brand marketing, public relations, affiliate and/or influencer management.\nDisplays an understanding of and passion for the Reformation brand, our products, customer and sustainable mission.\nExperience supporting innovative marketing plans with defined objectives on a global scale.\nA strong ability to manage and develop relationships internally and with external partners in order to oversee and help execute projects effectively and to completion.\nDetail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects against deadlines.\nStrategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.\nProactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed.\nStrong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.\nCan-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business.\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills.\nExcellent time management skills.\nCompensation:\nAt Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $25-$30 an hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.\nThis role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.\nPlease note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs.
