You will support both the store’s goals and your responsibilities will include assisting with inventory control supporting the store’s success , while creating a positive shopping experience. \nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.\nMaintain seamless store operational procedures.\nConsistently use and understand processes and procedures to track in store inventory accurately.\nTrack, receive and process all inbound inventory shipments.\nComplete inventory related tasks as necessary with an elevated attention to detail, including inbound and outbound store transfers, shipment, and omni channel order processing.\nComplete shipment processing - receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging (when applicable) and organizing in the back of house.\nSupport the process of completing markdowns when applicable.\nSubmit facilities tickets to ensure maintenance, presentation and organization.\nOrganize store supplies.\nEnsure the back of house reflects the brand and concept standards at all times.\nPrepare and deliver all customer fitting rooms quickly and accurately.\nPrepare and support all customer purchases in alignment with brand standards, preparing, folding and bagging products.\nReplenish the sales floor when products are sold to ensure visual presentations and inventory levels meet brand standards at all times.\nSupport execution of visual merchandising tasks as new products are received, including adjusting visual merchandising when products are sold out or sold through.\nExecute visual displays and mannequins when directed.\nReceive extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation.\nContribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business.\nUphold time and attendance policy.\nBring an ambitious and passionate attitude to work daily.\nHelp ensure that the store environment is inspiring and our product is easily accessible.\nUnderstand the core values and culture of Reformation and reflect these in all efforts.\nMaintain and uphold a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n1+ years relevant experience in a fastpaced, creative service environment.\nFamiliarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.\nExperience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced setting.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.\nDriven approach to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career.\nCompensation:\nAt Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $16 - $25 per hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.\nPlease note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs.
