We're backed by leading deep-tech and cybersecurity investors and are growing the team to deliver on this mission.\nThe role\nYou'll own the parts of the Refractal platform that customers see and connect to: the operator console, and the integrations that link Refractal to customers' AI tools and security stack. You'll work closely with our product designer and set front-end and integration standards in Podgorica with our London team.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild the operator console in React and TypeScript, turning designs into fast, accessible interfaces for security and compliance teams.\n\nWork with our product designer on workflows for policy authoring, triage, investigations and audit reporting.\n\nBuild and maintain integrations with customers' AI platforms and security tools, including SIEMs, identity providers and observability platforms.\n\nDesign the APIs and SDKs that customers use to connect their agents and tools to Refractal.\n\nMake integrations reliable through testing, monitoring and clear setup documentation.\n\nSuccess in your first six months\nConsole workflows you built are in customers' hands and measurably easier to use.\n\nPriority integrations are live, documented and supported.\n\nThe front-end and integration standards you set are in use across the Podgorica team.\n\nAbout you: essential\n6+ years in software engineering, with deep front-end experience in React and TypeScript.\n\nA strong eye for UI and UX, and experience turning designs into polished, data-heavy interfaces.\n\nExperience building integrations with third-party APIs, including authentication, rate limits and error handling.\n\nWorking knowledge of a backend language, ideally Python.\n\nClear communication with designers, engineers and customers.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with SIEM, identity or observability platforms such as Splunk, Okta or OpenTelemetry.\n\nExperience building security or compliance products.\n\nMontenegrin, Serbian, Bosnian or Croatian.\n\nOur values\nRadical transparency.
