We're backed by leading deep-tech and cybersecurity investors and are growing the team to deliver on this mission.\nThe role\nYou'll help prospective customers understand where Refractal fits in their security environment and show them its value. You'll lead technical discovery and evaluations, answer integration questions and hand customers over smoothly into deployment, working with our sales, security and engineering teams.\nWhat you'll do\nLead technical discovery to understand customers' security priorities, existing tools, data availability and deployment constraints.\n\nDeliver product demonstrations tailored to the customer's use cases and the questions they need answered.\n\nDesign and run proofs of value with agreed success criteria, realistic scope and a clear account of the results.\n\nAssess integration readiness, help troubleshoot evaluation issues and coordinate with engineers when deeper product work is needed.\n\nSupport technical due diligence and handovers, documenting requirements, commitments and open questions while bringing customer feedback into product discussions.\n\nSuccess in your first six months\nYou can independently lead technical discovery and demonstrate Refractal clearly to security and engineering audiences.\n\nYou've helped customers complete focused evaluations that provide evidence for a buying decision.\n\nYou've created reusable demonstration materials and handover guidance that improve the customer experience.\n\nAbout you: essential\nExperience explaining technical products to customers or working with external stakeholders to solve technical problems.\n\nUnderstanding of security operations and how tools, telemetry and workflows fit together in a customer environment.\n\nPractical ability to work with APIs, inspect data and write scripts to support demonstrations, integrations and troubleshooting.\n\nAbility to translate a broad customer problem into testable requirements and communicate the outcome clearly.\n\nSound judgement about product capabilities, with the confidence to surface limitations, manage expectations and involve the right colleagues.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in solutions engineering, technical consulting or customer-facing security delivery.\n\nFamiliarity with SIEM platforms such as Splunk and enterprise security evaluations.\n\nExperience presenting AI or security technology to both technical and business audiences.\n\nOur values\nRadical transparency.
