Collection and Management:\nCollaborate with the engineering team to establish robust data collection pipelines, ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of user data.\nDesign and implement data warehousing and storage solutions to efficiently manage the growing volume of user data.\nDevelop data quality assurance processes to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the data.\nData Cleaning and Preprocessing:\nImplement robust data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to address issues such as missing values, outliers, and data inconsistencies.\nDevelop automated data transformation and normalization pipelines to ensure the data is in a format suitable for analysis.\nWork closely with the engineering team to streamline the data cleaning process and maintain the integrity of the data.\nExploratory Data Analysis:\nConduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, engagement, and outcomes to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.\nLeverage statistical techniques and machine learning models to identify the key factors influencing user success in reducing alcohol consumption.\nGenerate insightful visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.\nPredictive Modeling and Personalization:\nDevelop predictive models to anticipate user needs, behaviors, and potential risk factors related to alcohol consumption.\nImplement personalized recommendation algorithms to deliver tailored interventions, content, and features to each user based on their unique characteristics and progress.\nContinuously refine and iterate on the predictive models to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the personalized user experience.\nExperimentation and A/B Testing:\nDesign and execute rigorous A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features, interventions, and user experience enhancements.\nAnalyze the results of these experiments to make data-driven decisions and guide the product roadmap.\nCollaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork closely with the product, engineering and user experience teams to align on data-driven priorities and ensure the seamless integration of data-centric solutions.\nCommunicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.\nStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and user behavior analytics.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.\nProven experience in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing using tools like SQL, Python, or R.\nExpertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nExperience in the health or wellness industry, particularly
