Come build it with us.\nOVERVIEW\nWe’re looking for an entry-level Carpenter to join our growing team. This role focuses on building and assembling modular housing components-ranging from framing and sheathing to installation of doors, windows, and structural elements. You’ll contribute to both factory production and on-site assembly, ensuring our homes are strong, accurate, and built to last.\nRESPONSIBLITIES\nPerform carpentry tasks in a controlled factory setting and on residential job sites.\n\nFrame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods.\n\nAssist in installing doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural or enclosure elements.\n\nCollaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate, consistent, and ready for follow-on trades.\n\nInterpret shop and construction drawings to guide accurate builds and installations.\n\nOperate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently.\n\nConduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards.\n\nMaintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\n1+ years of carpentry experience a plus.\n\nExperience in framing, sheathing, and installation of windows, doors, and related assemblies a plus.\n\nComfortable reading drawings and measuring to tight tolerances.\n\nProficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.\n\nAbility to lift to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.\n\nTeam-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nPrimary work location is at Reframe’s factory in Andover, MA\n\nPhysical demands include standing, lifting, bending, and handling materials/tools.\n\nSome overtime or weekend work may be required to meet production schedules.\n\nReframe Systems is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
