Come build it with us.\nTHE ROLE\nThis is a hands-on HR role for someone who loves being close to the work. You'll be the day-to-day HR presence for our production team: on the floor, easy to find, and the person who makes sure things get done right. You'll run onboarding for a fast-growing hourly workforce, keep our records and compliance tight, and be a trusted first stop for employees and frontline managers.\nThis role is right for someone who takes initiative, sweats the details, and wants to grow fast in a company that's scaling. You'll report to the Head of People, who will mentor you directly, and you'll work closely with factory operations leadership every day.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nFactory People Support\nBe the go-to HR contact for factory employees and frontline managers, visible and approachable on the floor\n\nServe as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, and escalate employee relations issues to the Head of People\n\nHelp with investigations and document employee relations matters accurately and on time\n\nHelp prepare documentation for performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions\n\nKeep factory ops leadership up to date on headcount, schedules, and staffing needs\n\nOnboarding & Talent\nRun end-to-end onboarding for 4-6 new hires per month, and more as we ramp: offer paperwork, Day 1 logistics, orientation, and safety training coordination\n\nCreate and maintain onboarding materials and checklists for production roles\n\nCoordinate with recruiting vendors to schedule interviews and keep candidates moving\n\nTrack early attrition and new-hire feedback, and share what you notice\n\nSupport internal moves and promotions for factory employees\n\nCompliance & Recordkeeping\nKeep I-9s, personnel files, and hourly employee records accurate and audit-ready\n\nHelp make sure we follow break, meal period, overtime, and wage and hour rules\n\nMaintain the OSHA 300 log and support incident reporting with our safety and ops teams\n\nCoordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work paperwork\n\nRun regular file and process audits, and follow through on closing any gaps\n\nKeep Rippling data clean and current\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n2-5 years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience. Experience with hourly, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or other frontline workforces is a big plus\n\nVery organized and detail-oriented: you catch the missing signature before anyone else does\n\nTakes initiative and follows through without needing to be chased\n\nComfortable on a factory floor and at ease with people in every role\n\nFamiliarity with I-9s, wage and hour basics, or OSHA recordkeeping, or a strong interest in learning them\n\nHRIS experience (Rippling a plus)\n\nBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred\n\nOptional: an HR certification (aPHR, SHRM-CP) or coursework\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT\nReframe is building something real, in a physical space, with a workforce that is growing fast.
