Come build it with us.\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nWe are seeking a Journeyman Electrician (Class B) to join our team and play a critical role across factory and field operations. This unique position offers the opportunity to work in a controlled factory environment and at project sites, ensuring the seamless installation and integration of modular housing systems. You will also contribute to the building design process, providing input on electrical layouts, system specifications, and constructability. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong technical skills and a desire to grow their career.\nRESPONSIBILTIES\nPerform electrical installations in modular housing units in the factory, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and panels.\n\nAssist with on-site electrical connections during module installation, ensuring systems comply with project specifications and codes.\n\nCollaborate with engineers and designers during the building design process to provide input on electrical layouts, system specifications, and constructability.\n\nReview and provide feedback on shop drawings, digital plans, and system diagrams.\n\nWork closely with production teams, field crews, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and accurately.\n\nSupervise and mentor apprentices, ensuring safe and high-quality work.\n\nEnsure all electrical work complies with the Massachusetts Electrical Code (NEC) and Reframe Systems’ standards.\n\nConduct quality checks on factory-built and field-installed systems to ensure functionality and reliability.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.\n\nDiagnose and resolve electrical issues both in the factory and in the field.\n\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors to address challenges and propose solutions.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nValid Massachusetts Electrician license.\n\n3+ years of experience as an electrician, in residential or commercial/residential projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, particularly the NEC.\n\nProficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.\n\nExperience reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and digital plans.\n\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work overhead, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nYou will have access to a pathway to achieve your Master Electrician license, including:\nTuition reimbursement for Board-approved courses.\n\nFlexible scheduling for education and exam preparation.\n\nMentorship from experienced Master Electricians.\n\nFinancial support for exam and licensure fees.\n\nLeadership opportunities and expanded responsibilities upon licensure.\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nFactory environment with exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment.\n\nOn-site work at project locations to complete module installations and connections.\n\nPhysical tasks, including standing, lifting, and performing repetitive movements.\n\nSome overtime or weekend work may be required based on production schedules.\n\nReframe Systems is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
