Engineer\n\nLocation: Sangotedo, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nMaintain accurate daily site records, including work progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.\nWork closely with the Director of Projects and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.\nConduct regular site inspections and identify defects, delays, or deviations from approved plans.\nSupervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.\nMonitor the use of materials, equipment, labour, and other site resources.\nCoordinate and supervise contractors, artisans, suppliers, and other site personnel.\nSupport quality control, snagging, rectification, and project handover activities.\nEnsure construction activities are carried out according to approved project schedules.\nMonitor compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.\nPrepare regular site progress reports and escalate project issues to the Project/Operations team.\nReview drawings and provide technical clarification where required.\nTake measurements and support the preparation and verification of work quantities and project records.\nMonitor the quality of workmanship, materials, and construction processes on site.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nGood knowledge of construction quality and safety requirements.\nProven experience supervising construction activities on residential, commercial, or similar projects.\nBachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.\nGood understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and site practices.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings.\nAbility to work effectively on-site and travel to project locations as required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.\nStrong reporting, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nStrong ability to coordinate contractors and artisans and monitor their output.\nMinimum of 3 years post-NYSC relevant experience in site engineering, construction, real estate development, or a related role.\nMembership of a relevant professional body or professional certification is an advantage.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n\nSite
