Rather than simply designing flyers, you will transform property details and market information into polished, premium visual narratives that resonate with local buyers as well as Nigerians living abroad.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Property marketing materials: Produce high-end digital brochures, catalogue booklets, proposal documents and pitch decks covering a range of land and housing developments.\n\n Visual storytelling: Convert information and marketing content into clear, compelling infographics.\n\n Social media and lead generation ads: Build effective graphic assets for Instagram, Facebook and Google advertising campaigns aimed at attracting property buyers and investors.\n\nRequirements and Skills\n\n Experience: At least three years of demonstrable experience as a graphic designer.
