Conduct employee training and provide content for Engineering literature (engineering manual, data sheets) and tools (calculation program). Evaluate market trends, engagement with marketing team providing advices. Evaluate competition performance, reporting their positioning, product performance and competitiveness. \nProduct Management: Collect Voice of Customer related to potential product improvements and new products, based on unmet needs. Support the preparation of product launches.
