This role will support our strategy for business intelligence solutions and reporting tools with a focus on data mining and analysis. Working as part of the Data & Analytics team, you will create standardized approaches to data mining, reporting, and visualization, providing leaders with the business insights needed to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Your engagement and insights will support all tactical and strategic needs, ensuring expectations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG) are met. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nConducts analysis for Logistics & Fulfillment to create accurate and timely decisions for business results.\nUtilize structured and unstructured data sets to create reporting that is descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and / or prescriptive to drive improvements across the business.\nMaintain and analyze metrics to assess performance and identify improvements across the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG).\nDevelop and maintain standardization related to data visualization.
