This position supports the Data Services team by developing and maintaining dashboards, performing advanced data analysis, monitoring data quality metrics, and delivering meaningful reporting solutions across Customer, Supplier, Item, and other master data domains.\nThe Data Analyst III works closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, MDM teams, and leadership to identify trends, measure operational performance, and enable data-driven decision making. Leveraging modern analytics platforms including Databricks, Informatica, cloud technologies, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, this role helps Regal Rexnord maximize the value of its enterprise data assets while improving data visibility, governance, and business performance.\nEssential Responsibilities and Duties\nDashboard Development & Reporting\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise dashboards and scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.\nCreate meaningful visualizations that communicate trends, business performance, operational metrics, and data quality indicators.\nDevelop self-service reporting solutions that enable business users to access data insights efficiently.\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable dashboard solutions.\nEnsure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data definitions and governance standards.\nData Analysis & Insights\nPerform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.\nDevelop KPIs, operational metrics, and scorecards to measure business performance and data quality.\nSupport root cause analysis for data quality and business process issues.\nDeliver actionable recommendations based on data findings and business requirements.\nConduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.\nMaster Data & Data Quality Support\nAnalyze Customer, Supplier, Item, and other enterprise master data domains.\nSupport MDM and Data Quality initiatives through data profiling, validation, cleansing, and monitoring activities.\nDevelop data quality dashboards and scorecards to measure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.\nCollaborate with Data Stewards and business teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.\nData Platform & Analytics Support\nQuery and analyze large datasets using Databricks, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms.\nCollaborate with Data Engineers to validate data pipelines and reporting datasets.\nSupport data model validation, metric definitions, and reporting layer design.\nEnsure data used for reporting is reliable, available, and aligned with business requirements.\nParticipate in testing and validation of new analytics solutions and enhancements.\nStakeholder Engagement\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for analytics-driven improvements.\nPresent analytical findings and recommendations to various business and technical audiences.\nDocument reporting logic, KPI definitions, business rules, and analytical methodologies.\nProvide end-user support and training for analytics and reporting solutions.\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in one of the following:\nComputer Science\nInformation Technology\nData Science\nStatistics\nMathematics\nEngineering\nBusiness Analytics\nOr equivalent experience\nExperience\nRequired\n3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics.\nExperience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.\nStrong SQL development and data analysis experience.\nExperience working with large datasets from multiple enterprise systems.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions.\nExperience supporting data quality, KPI development, and performance metrics.\nPreferred\nExperience working with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.\nExperience with Informatica MDM and Informatica IDQ.\nExperience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud analytics platforms.\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.\nExperience supporting data governance initiatives.\nWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies.\nExperience with Python for data analysis
