The role involves building and enhancing real-time, scalable backend services for an Industrial IoT platform. The candidate will work on telemetry ingestion, API development, and cloud-based data processing systems using Azure PaaS services. This position requires someone who can independently deliver features, contribute to design discussions, and work within an existing architecture to build reliable and efficient solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n1. IoT & Real-Time Data Processing :\n\n- Develop and maintain IoT telemetry ingestion and processing pipelines.\n\n- Work with event-driven systems using Azure IoT Hub / Event Hub.\n\n- Ensure data reliability, correctness, and basic performance optimization.\n\n2. Backend Development :\n\n- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.\n\n- Implement asynchronous and event-driven workflows.\n\n- Contribute to multi-tenant backend systems with proper data handling.\n\n3. Database & Data Modeling :\n\n- Work with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB and MongoDB.\n\n- Design and implement data models for telemetry and asset data.\n\n- Write efficient queries and support performance improvements.\n\n4. Azure Platform Development :\n\n- Develop and deploy services using Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Event Hub / IoT Hub.\n\n- Work within defined cloud architecture and deployment patterns.\n\n5. Engineering Practices & Quality :\n\n- Write unit tests and support integration testing.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.\n\n- Debug and resolve issues in development and production environments.\n\n- Use GitHub for version control and collaboration.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 3 to 6 years of experience in backend development.\n\n- Proficiency in at least one programming language: 1. C# (.NET Core / ASP.NET) 2. Python 3.
