This role will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, Generative AI, AI Agents, and enterprise digital technologies.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport Regal Rexnord's digital transformation journey by developing intelligent automation and AI solutions that streamline business processes, enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and enable smarter decision-making across the enterprise.\nIntelligent Automation Development\nDevelop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using RPA and workflow automation platforms. \nAssist in building digital workers, bots, and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive manual activities. \nSupport process automation initiatives across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Shared Services. \nPerform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of automation solutions. \nGenerative AI & AI Solutions\nSupport the development of AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and other enterprise AI technologies. \nBuild and maintain AI assistants, chatbots, knowledge management solutions, and AI agents. \nCreate, test, and optimize prompts to improve AI-generated outputs and business outcomes. \nAssist in evaluating new AI technologies and recommending innovative use cases. \nBusiness Process Transformation\nParticipate in process discovery workshops and identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement. \nAnalyze existing business processes and document improvement recommendations. \nCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and define solution designs. \nSupport change management, user adoption, and training activities for implemented solutions. \nSoftware Development & Integration\nDevelop scripts, APIs, connectors, and application enhancements to support automation initiatives. \nAssist with integration between enterprise systems and automation platforms. \nSupport deployment activities and ensure solutions comply with development standards and best practices. \nOperations & Support\nMonitor automation and AI solution performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities. \nTroubleshoot incidents, production issues, and automation failures. \nMaintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and solution repositories. \nEnsure compliance with IT security, governance, and data privacy
