In this role, you will pick, stage, and organize materials for manufacturing work orders while proactively identifying shortages, inventory discrepancies, and material quality concerns. Your success will be measured by kit accuracy, production readiness, and the timely communication of material issues that could impact manufacturing schedules. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and works closely with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccurately pick and kit materials for production orders while maintaining a target kit accuracy rate of 98% or higher.\nStage and organize materials in a logical, production-friendly manner to minimize assembly time and improve workflow efficiency.\nVerify material quantities, part numbers, revisions, and documentation before releasing kits to production.\nIdentify, report, and escalate material shortages, inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality concerns that could impact production schedules.\nMaintain organized staging, storage, and kitting areas using 5S and visual management principles.\nCollaborate with Production, Planning, and Warehouse personnel to prioritize urgent orders and resolve material-related issues.\nPerform inventory transactions and material movements within ERP or warehouse management systems accurately and in a timely manner.\nSupport cycle counts, inventory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving inventory accuracy and material flow.\nExecutes and dispositions approved Excess and Obsolete lists.\nFollow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with material handling and warehouse operating standards.\nMust be able to work independently and/or as a team member.\nMust be willing to be trained to operate an electric pallet jack.\nOther duties as directed\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, materials, logistics, or inventory-related environment.\nAbility to accurately lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nExperience reading work orders, bills of material (BOMs), pick lists, or manufacturing documentation.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to enter transactions into ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.\nStrong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of inventory and kit accuracy.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience working in a lean manufacturing or 5S environment.\nForklift certification or ability to obtain certification.\nExperience using an RF Scanner\nExperience with SAP, or other ERP systems.\nKnowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and material replenishment processes.\nExperience supporting assembly, fabrication, switchgear, electrical equipment, or industrial manufacturing operations.\nPay Rate- $22.00/hour\nShift-Monday-Thursday 5:45AM-4:15PM\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage\nSpending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)\nPaid Time Off and Holidays\n401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer Contributions\nLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance\nPaid Leaves\nTuition Assistance\nAbout Regal Rexnord\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
