This position will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Channel Partners and Corporate Marketing teams to drive measurable business growth.\nKey collaborators will be the Kollmorgen Industrial Automation team, Kollmorgen AGV team and regional sales organizations.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDemand Generation & Leads Management\nOwn and drive marketing-generated lead and pipeline targets.\nDevelop and execute demand generation campaigns to support strategic industries, new customer acquisition and business growth.\nGenerate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through digital and integrated marketing activities.\nCollaborate closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates and marketing ROI.\nManage lead nurturing programs and marketing automation workflows.\nTrack and analyze funnel performance from leads to opportunities and revenue.\n\nDigital Marketing\nDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.\nManage and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC and paid digital campaigns to increase website traffic and lead conversion.\nManage website content, landing pages, conversion optimization and user experience.\nDrive regional digital marketing efforts through search marketing, social media, web analytics, email marketing and integrated campaigns.\nUtilize marketing automation platforms to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.\nMonitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data analytics.\n\nAI Search & GEO Optimization\nCollaborate with global marketing teams to deploy AI-enabled content and search strategies.\nMonitor emerging AI search trends and identify opportunities to improve digital visibility.\n\nContent & Integrated Marketing\nDevelop and localize marketing content including customer success stories, application stories, press releases, technical articles, videos and webinars.\nPlan and implement integrated marketing campaigns combining digital, content, PR, social media, events and partner marketing activities.\nEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines, business objectives and digital best practices.\n\nEvent Marketing\nOrganize and coordinate trade shows, seminars, webinars, customer events and partner activities.\nMaximize event ROI through lead capture, nurturing and sales follow-up processes.\nDevelop event materials and marketing assets supporting strategic business objectives.\nManage external agencies, vendors and marketing service providers.\nQualifications:\n\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines.\n8+ years of experience in Marketing, MarCom, Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing roles in multinational companies.\nProven track record in lead generation, pipeline creation and revenue-focused marketing programs.\nStrong hands-on experience in:\no SEO (Search Engine Optimization)\no SEM (Search Engine Marketing)\no PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)\no Marketing Automation\no CRM Systems\no Website Analytics and Performance Optimization\nExperience managing external agencies and digital marketing vendors.\nStrong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.\nPreferred\nExperience in industrial automation, motion control, robotics, manufacturing, semiconductor or related B2B industries.\nExperience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot or similar platforms.\nExperience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Baidu Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and SEO tools.\nExperience in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI Search Optimization or AI-driven content strategy.\nExperience managing regional marketing programs across APAC.\nAbout Regal Rexnord\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
