This senior leadership role is responsible for providing comprehensive supply chain strategy, process leadership, and tactical execution to optimize inventory, material flow, supplier performance, and customer delivery. The role leads all aspects of materials management including planning, purchasing, inventory control, scheduling, logistics, supplier management, and forecasting.\nThis position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Customer Care, and Corporate Supply Chain teams to drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash flow while building scalable processes and developing a high-performing materials organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeads a team of Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, and Logistics professionals to define and execute the site's materials strategy.\n\nResponsible for all aspects of inventory performance, including availability, inventory value, inventory accuracy, excess and obsolete inventory, turns, and days on hand.\n\nEstablishes and manages inventory strategies, replenishment methodologies, safety stock levels, and planning parameters for all purchased and manufactured components.\n\nOwns the materials portion of the SIOP process including supply planning, capacity planning, materials availability, inventory forecasting, and scenario analysis.\n\nSupports the Operations Manager in assessing supply chain risks and implementing countermeasures to achieve operational and financial objectives.\n\nDrives alignment between customer demand, production schedules, and supplier capabilities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient inventory utilization.\n\nLeads forecasting and order fulfillment activities to ensure customer requirements are met while optimizing working capital.\n\nDevelops and maintains strong supplier relationships while leading escalation efforts and corrective action plans for supplier delivery, quality, and capacity issues.\n\nLeads sourcing and supplier development activities in partnership with Corporate Sourcing and Category Management teams.\n\nImproves ERP effectiveness by ensuring master data integrity and proper planning parameters to drive automation and planning accuracy.\n\nEstablishes and improves processes to enhance customer commit dates, available-to-promise accuracy, and overall supply chain visibility.\n\nLeads physical inventory counts, cycle count programs, and initiatives to improve overall inventory accuracy.\n\nImplements, manages, and continuously improves all processes related to procurement, planning, scheduling, inventory management, receiving, warehousing, shipping, logistics, forecasting, and demand management.\n\nLeads structured problem solving using Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) principles and drives root cause corrective action throughout the organization.\n\nEstablishes, deploys, and monitors standard work, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.\n\nPartners with Finance to improve working capital performance, inventory productivity, and cash flow.\n\nDevelops and leads a high-performing materials organization through hiring, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required.\n\nMinimum of 8 years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, purchasing, inventory planning, scheduling, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing planning, purchasing, or materials teams.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading supplier management, inventory optimization, forecasting, and SIOP processes.\n\nStrong understanding of ERP systems, including Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling functionality.\n\nProven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.\n\nStrong financial acumen with experience managing working capital, inventory investment, forecasting, and business case development.\n\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions using incomplete information.\n\nStrong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n\nDemonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.\n\nAbility to travel up to 10% as business needs require.\n\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\nExperience supporting engineered-to-order (ETO), make-to-order (MTO), assembly-to-order (ATO), or mixed manufacturing environments preferred.\n\nOracle experience strongly preferred.\n\nLean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.\n\nAPICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, ISM, CPM,
