This role supports demand planning, material requirements planning (MRP), supplier management, purchase order management, inventory control, and supply chain risk mitigation to meet production schedules and customer commitments.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze demand and forecasts to support material planning.\nManage MRP and execute purchasing activities according to production requirements.\nEnsure material availability to support production schedules and new product introductions.\nMonitor supplier performance and follow up on delivery commitments.\nManage inventory levels and safety stock strategies.\nIdentify and mitigate supply chain disruptions.\nResolve past due backlog issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate with Planning, Operations, Sourcing, and Suppliers to ensure business continuity.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.\nExperience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably Oracle.\nExperience managing overseas suppliers and long lead time materials.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nEnglish proficiency required.\nAbout Regal Rexnord\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
