Within this role, you will perform a wide range of assembly and testing tasks with minimal supervision, troubleshooting issues and supporting continuous improvement across multiple production areas.\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Perform all duties associated with Motor Assembler I responsibilities, supporting assembly, repair, and testing of motors as needed\n· Assemble standard and large motors, actuators, and related components using blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.\n· Select and verify materials using Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain traceability documentation\n· Perform mechanical and electrical testing using established procedures and testing equipment\n· Troubleshoot product issues and identify root causes, implementing corrective actions as needed\n· Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications\n· Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination\n· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standards\n· Support process improvements and assist with additional production tasks as needed\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n· Completion of a High School diploma or GED\n· Demonstrated proficiency of manufacturing processes and safety procedures\n· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams and specifications\n· Basic mathematical understanding and ability to use measuring instruments\n· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues\n· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards\n· Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements\n·\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\n· 2- 3 years of progressively complex manufacturing experience\n· Experience operating motor assembly or winding equipment\n· Familiarity with testing equipment and quality systems procedures\nPhysical Demand and Work Environment:\nThe physical demands and work environmental characteristics described here are representative of those an employee must meet, with or without reasonable accommodation, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:\nPhysical Demands:\n· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to\nuse hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
