Within this role, you will perform a wide range of assembly and testing tasks with minimal supervision, troubleshooting issues and supporting continuous improvement across multiple production areas.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform all duties associated with Motor Assembler I responsibilities, supporting assembly, repair, and testing of motors as needed\nAssemble standard and large motors, actuators, and related components using blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.\nSelect and verify materials using Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain traceability documentation\nPerform mechanical and electrical testing using established procedures and testing equipment\nTroubleshoot product issues and identify root causes, implementing corrective actions as needed\nInspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications\nHandle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standards\nSupport process improvements and assist with additional production tasks as needed\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nCompletion of a High School diploma or GED\nDemonstrated proficiency of manufacturing processes and safety procedures\nStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams and specifications\nBasic mathematical understanding and ability to use measuring instruments\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards\nAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\n2- 3 years of progressively complex manufacturing experience\nExperience operating motor assembly or winding equipment\nFamiliarity with testing equipment and quality systems procedures\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to\nuse hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee\nfrequently needs to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, the employee must climb or balance;\nstoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\nSpecific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral\nvision, and the ability to adjust focus.\nWork Environment:\nWork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing small and large electric motors and motion control products. This onsite role requires working in production and warehouse areas, frequent standing and walking, and adherence to safety procedures, including the use of required PPE. Collaboration with operations, materials, and production teams is essential to support efficient material flow and customer delivery.\nWork Type: Onsite: This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.\nExpected Base Salary Range: $35,360 - $45,700\nThe salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position.
