In this role, you will develop and execute pricing strategies that improve win rates and margin performance while reducing quote lead times. You will lead the transition from transactional quoting to strategic, data-driven pricing approach, enhancing competitiveness and profitability through the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance, you will ensure pricing is aligned with market conditions, customer value, and business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional eager to contribute to a fast-growing organization and build a long-term career.\nMain responsibilities :\nOwn margin expansion, cost management, and pricing strategy for the switchgear product portfolio, driving improved profitability.\n\nLead cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with annual operating plans and long-term business objectives.\n\nDesign and implement pricing frameworks and guidelines, improving consistency, speed, and effectiveness of the quoting process.\n\nLeverage cost drivers, inflation trends, and competitive intelligence to optimize pricing decisions and enhance price realization.\n\nLead, coach, and develop quoting and estimation teams while establishing standard work and best practices grounded in the RBS and Regal Values.\n\nSupport high-value and complex bids with strategic pricing guidance, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.\n\nConduct market and pricing analytics (e.g., margin performance, win/loss trends, scenario modeling) to inform decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.\n\n5+ years of experience in power distribution products, with a strong focus on switchgears.\n\nLeadership experience in quoting, engineering, or commercial roles, supporting business growth.\n\nStrong technical knowledge of switchgear standards (UL, CSA, ANSI, IEEE, NEC/CEC).\n\nSkilled in interpreting electrical drawings, bills of materials, schematics, and specifications.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting.\n\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP and familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce CRM.\n\nExperience implementing pricing tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency.\n\nExperience in custom-engineered, project-based environments is a strong asset.\n\nProfessional engineering certification (P.Eng.) is an asset.\n\nLegally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.\n\nSkills:\nHighly organized leader with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent initiatives.\n\nExperienced in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic growth within complex, matrixed organizations.\n\nCustomer-focused, with a strong track record of creating value and building long-term, trusted partnerships.\n\nStrong communicator, comfortable engaging diverse audiences through written, verbal, and presentation formats; fluent in English.\n\nCommercially driven, with solid financial acumen spanning profitability, pricing strategy, and investment decision-making.\n\nAbout Regal Rexnord\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
