This position drives operational excellence through efficient project implementation, strategic planning, process optimization, and the development of engineering capabilities that support business growth, productivity, quality, and safety objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, develop, and manage the plant engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nOversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements.\nDrive the implementation of manufacturing, automation, facilities, and infrastructure projects that support operational and strategic objectives.\nEstablish engineering standards, best practices, and project management methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.\nCollaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, EHS, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify and implement productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.\nManage capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and execution, ensuring optimal return on investment and effective resource allocation.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for significant operational, quality, and equipment-related issues.\nEvaluate and implement new technologies, equipment, and processes to improve plant performance and competitiveness.\nEnsure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.\nDevelop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and results.\nSupport organizational growth through succession planning, coaching, mentoring, and talent development within the engineering function.\nBuild strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and corporate engineering teams to facilitate successful project execution.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).\nMaster's degree preferred.\n10+ years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.\nMinimum 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams and plant-level projects.\nProven experience leading capital projects, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Operational Excellence methodologies.\nAdvanced financial acumen related to project justification, budgeting, and cost management.\nStrong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\nFluent in English. \nKey Competencies\nStrategic Thinking\nLeadership and Talent Development\nProject Management\nChange Management\nBusiness Acumen\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nDecision Making\nResults Orientation\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCustomer Focus\nPrimary Objective\nLead the engineering function to ensure the efficient implementation of plant-level projects, optimize manufacturing processes, and support the organization's operational and strategic goals through innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.\nAbout Regal Rexnord\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
