This includes efficient team leadership, optimal resource utilization, systemic problem-solving, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nSafety (S)\nSupervise and promote a strong 'Zero Harm' culture on the shop floor.\nEnsure Job Risk Assessment (JRA) reviews are performed and that all employees comply strictly with safety protocols.\nReport and investigate all near-miss incidents and accidents; collaborate with EHSS team to implement preventive measures.\nDaily Gemba walk to understand real situation.\nQuality (Q)\nControl production quality in accordance with Job Instruction Breakdown (JIB), and customer specifications.\nAnalyze and monitor defects from in-line, in-process, and final quality assurance (OQA) inspections.\nPromote KAIZEN and JDI activities, root cause analysis, and standardization initiatives in coordination with the cross functional team by using RBS Tool.\nSkill matrix improvement of associates in the team.\nDelivery (D)\nManage daily output to meet schedules in coordination with the planning team.\nMonitor output, first pass yield, and downtime while identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.\nSupervise efficient changeovers to minimize setup time and downtime.\nCost (C)\nAnalyze and control production costs, including scrap, rework, man-hours, and overtime.\nMonitor consumption of consumables and spare parts; manage assigned budgets efficiently.\nSupport cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams.\nManpower utilization to meet the high efficiency and productivity\nLead with data, use data analysis technique with excel/Bi to identify opportunities and changes.\nInventory & Improvement (I)\nManage and maintain accurate Work-in-Process (WIP) records using Oracle ERP, ensuring consistency with actual shop floor conditions.\nRecord material movements, WIP, and finished goods (FG) accurately and on time through the ERP system.\nCoordinate with Warehouse, Planner and Buer team to ensure material availability, allocation, and picking accuracy.\nInvestigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.\nParticipate in cycle counts using ERP data.\nDrive Kaizen, Lean, QCC, and waste-reduction activities.\nAnalyze performance metrics (e.g., OEE, cycle time) to develop production line efficiency.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.\nRequired Education / Experience / Skills:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Industrial Technology, Science, or related fields.\nAdditional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Production Management are advantageous.\nExperience:\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production field.\nAt least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in assembly, machining, or related operations.\nHands-on experience in implementing Kaizen, Lean, or continuous improvement projects.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, especially Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms are advantageous.Language:\n\nGood English language in communication, reading and writing.\nAbout Regal Rexnord\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
