This position supports major business initiatives and provides analytical leadership to improve planning accuracy, cost-to-serve and operational performance.\nKey responsibilities:\nResponsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.\n\nSupports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.\n\nMonitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.\n\nAnalyzes, develops, and implements long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals.\n\nAnalyzes data and methods to predict and improve a company’s delivery of products and services to its customers.\n\nMonitors logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing , shipment and delivery, and return on products.\n\nBuilds relationships with cross-functional work teams and external parties, such as suppliers and distributors to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficacy of supply chain function.\n\nProfessional Experience/Qualifications:\nMaster degree in Business Engineering or equivalent.\n\nMinimum 10 years of proven, progressive supply chain and analytics experience.\n\nKnowledge of Supply Chain best practices, S&OP, Master Scheduling, Inventory/Warehouse optimization, Demand Planning\n\nStrong analytical skills, Data-driven decision-making, Excellent Communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.\n\nSoftware skills: ERP knowledge (SAP), Power BI, Excel expert\n\nKnowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement\n\nAbout Regal Rexnord\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
