Join our team of exceptional employees at Regal Rexnord Cleveland.\nOpen Position: Manual Grinder/Setup Operator on 1st shift\nPay Range: $24.00-$30.00 based on experience\nOur people make all the difference in our success.\nAs a Value Added Set up Operator at Regal Rexnord Cleveland your focus will be to:\nSet up to operate CNC Lathe machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines. \nInspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.\nInterpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts and shop orders to plan and check work.\nObtain proper set of tools from tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy. \nInterpret drawings, route sheets, diagrams, specifications, and instructions to determine proper operation sequences.\nMake necessary calculations for tool depth and tool compensation adjustments.\nMove completed material to the next workstation.\nMaintain clean and safe work environment.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nOne year certificate from college or technical school preferred.\n6 months - 1-year related experience or training.\nAbility to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.\nMechanically inclined with strong math skills. \nAbility to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers.
