You will play a key role in supporting production and logistics operations, while benefiting from competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities.\nWhy Thomson Power Systems?\nStrong focus on employee engagement and professional growth\n\nComprehensive benefits plan\n\nFlexible shift schedule:\nMonday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday\n\n5:45 AM - 4:15 PM (4 × 10-hour shifts)\n\n3 days off per week (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)\n\nMain Responsibilities:\nShipping / Wrapping:\nWrap and package finished equipment based on specifications\n\nBuild shipping crates/boxes to ensure safe transportation\n\nLoad and unload finished goods and materials\n\nVerify labels and work order numbers for accuracy\n\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace\n\nSupport Receiving and Maintenance teams as needed\n\nOrder Picking:\nPick and deliver materials to the production line to support efficiency\n\nOrganize stockroom and replenish inventory as required\n\nMaintain accurate inventory using ERP systems\n\nEnsure proper storage and location tracking of materials\n\nAssist with unloading trucks and storing received goods\n\nReceiving:\nUnload trucks and receive materials into ERP system\n\nStore materials in assigned warehouse locations\n\nManage:\nEngineering Change Notices (ECNs)\n\nReturn Material Authorizations (RMA)\n\nInterbranch transfers\n\nPerform cycle counts and inventory checks\n\nTransfer internal work orders to production\n\nCoordinate with Purchasing on defective inventory (Hold Tags)\n\nMaintain warehouse organization and accuracy\n\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nEntry-level candidates welcome (warehouse/shipping experience preferred)\n\nExperience with ERP systems is an asset\n\nForklift certification or experience is an asset\n\nWHMIS or dangerous goods handling training is an asset\n\nAbility to frequently lift up to 30 lbs\n\nSkills:\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills\n\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\n\nSelf-motivated and proactive\n\nCommitment to 5S and continuous improvement practices\n\nWork Environment:\nThis role involves a physically active work environment, including:\nRepetitive motions\n\nLifting, bending, squatting, kneeling\n\nStanding and walking for extended periods\n\nCarrying, pulling, and working in various positions\n\nAbout Regal Rexnord\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
