Training will be provided.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma\nOne-year certificate from college or technical school. or three to six months of related experience and/or training. or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nValid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is preferred but not required\nAbility to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions, read and interpret \nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nAbility to speak effectively and present information in small groups of fellow Associates\nReasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
