This role will drive large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ERP lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nProject Leadership & Execution :\n\n- Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations (Oracle/SAP) from initiation through go-live and stabilization.\n\n- Ensure structured planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of ERP projects aligned with business goals.\n\nPlanning & Governance :\n\n- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define comprehensive project plans covering all ERP lifecycle phases.\n\n- Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and reporting mechanisms.\n\nBudget, Schedule & Resource Management :\n\n- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.\n\n- Deliver project outcomes within approved cost and schedule baselines.\n\nRisk & Issue Management :\n\n- Conduct detailed risk assessments and proactively implement mitigation strategies.\n\n- Track and manage issues, dependencies, and escalations.\n\nStakeholder Communication :\n\n- Engage with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and project teams.\n\n- Provide clear, concise, and actionable status updates to stakeholders at all levels.\n\nSystem Integration & Process Alignment :\n\n- Manage integration of ERP systems with existing applications and business processes.\n\n- Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations and optimal system performance.\n\nChange Management & Adoption :\n\n- Lead organizational change management initiatives, including communication and end-user training.\n\n- Drive user adoption and process standardization across the organization.\n\nTesting & Quality Assurance :\n\n- Plan and oversee system testing phases, including SIT and UAT.\n\n- Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and performance requirements.\n\nPortfolio & Tool Management :\n\n- Utilize Adobe Workfront (or similar PPM platforms) for project tracking, reporting, and governance.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.\n\n- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with significant exposure to ERP implementations.\n\n- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Oracle or SAP ERP projects.\n\n- Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).\n\n- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience in manufacturing or similar industry environments.\n\n- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.\n\n- Experience with Adobe Workfront or other PPM tools, Microsoft Projects.\n\n- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks.\n\nAbout Regal Rexnord :\n\nRegal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
