This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.\nWhen & where:\nHyderabad, India (Hybrid)\nDiscover your role:\nDesign, develop, and implement advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, reports, metrics, and analytics.\nBuild, test, maintain, and refine reporting workbooks and dashboards to support Global Development analytics initiatives.\nProvide day-to-day technical guidance and task direction to the Reporting Specialist while reviewing deliverables for quality and standards adherence.\nCollaborate with onshore teams to identify and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.\nDrive optimization of reporting platforms and tools to improve performance, scalability, and usability.\nEnsure data quality, integrity, security, relevance, and accuracy across visualization outputs.\nLead identified opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence and Large Language Models into business intelligence reporting solutions.\nCommunicate technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical language while fostering collaborative partnerships.\nThis role requires:\nBachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.\nHands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.\nStrong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.\nExperience integrating Large Language Models within a reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities.\nExperience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, visualizations, reports, metrics, and analytics solutions.\nFamiliarity with clinical trial operational data.\nHands-on experience with Qlik preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.\nCollaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nDoes this sound like you?
