resolve issues of moderate to high complexity\nProcess Improvement & Systems\nHelp develop and enhance site budgeting processes\nStay current on industry standards and help identify new best practices to drive continuous improvement\nLead ongoing process improvements and training sessions, including participation in strategic initiatives\nDevelop guidance documents\nEnsure internal systems are updated in a timely, accurate, and complete manner\nEffectively and efficiently prioritize assignments\nResponsible for making timely decisions and directing outcomes\nPeople Development\nHelp train others on site budgeting and industry practices\nOnboard, train, and mentor peers\nPotentially manage direct reports\nTravel\nMay require up to 25% travel\nThis role requires:\nAbility to mitigate and drive solutions regarding site budgeting challenges\nAbility to identify and implement best practices and contribute to continuous improvement for site budgeting\nAbility to influence vendors and internal stakeholders\nStrong knowledge of site budgeting practices\nComfortable participating on and occasionally leading cross functional teams of peers\nAbility to lead, manage, coach, and train peers or direct reports\nAbility to effectively onboard, train, and mentor peers\nAbility to lead ongoing, process improvements (including participating on strategic initiatives)\nFunctional subject matter expert\nMinimum Years of Experience:\nBachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience\nRequired minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience with clinical site budgeting at a biopharmaceutical company, CRO, or site\nRequired minimum of 6 months of applicable mentoring and training and/or matrix-level people management experience\nDoes this sound like you?
