In this role, you will be the first point of contact for receiving and processing complaint notifications from external sources. This position lets you contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization that makes a meaningful difference for patients worldwide.\nWhen & where:\nLocation: Rensselaer, New York, United States\nWork model: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm\nDiscover your role:\nYour essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nFollow site procedures and maintain compliance\nGet involved as needed to meet schedules or resolve problems\nMonitor the group mailbox for incoming complaint notifications\nEnter complaint intake data into the Quality Management SystemVerify that required documentation and content have been received\nEvaluate each event or complaint and assign an initial classification\n\nCommunicate with personnel and contractors (Call Center, Regeneron Distribution, Clinical Trial Management, etc.) as needed to request or obtain additional information on complaint reports\nProvide general administrative support to the complaint team\nWhat we're looking for:\nBS/BA in a scientific discipline or related field preferred, with 3+ years of relevant work experience.\n· Relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.\nDoes this sound like you?
