This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.\nWhen & where:\nLocation: East Greenbush, New York, United States\nWork model: Onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm\nDiscover your role:\nLead Environmental Health & Safety programs, including Hazard Communication, Incident Reporting, Industrial Hygiene, and emergency response initiatives.\nPartner with site stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance and strengthen workplace safety practices.\nConduct inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and Job Hazard Analyses to identify risks and implement effective solutions.\nAnalyze incident, hazard, and ergonomic data to identify trends, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement.\nDevelop and deliver EHS training, communications, policies, and procedures that build organizational safety awareness and compliance.\nSupport industrial hygiene monitoring, waste management activities, spill response readiness, and contractor safety oversight.\nLead or support incident investigations and corrective actions to reduce risk and improve operational performance.\nYou foster a proactive safety culture through collaboration, leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement.\nThis role requires:\nBachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant Environmental Health & Safety experience \nExperience implementing and managing Environmental Health & Safety programs in a regulated environment.\nKnowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and compliance requirements.\nExperience conducting inspections, audits, hazard assessments, Job Hazard Analyses, incident investigations, and corrective action planning.\nExperience performing Industrial Hygiene monitoring, interpreting exposure data, and supporting hazardous and universal waste management programs.\nExperience developing and delivering Environmental Health & Safety training, communications, policies, and procedures.\nExperience working with regulatory agencies and supporting inspections or compliance activities.\nAbility to analyze EHS data, identify trends, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience supervising, mentoring, or leading employees, contractors, or EHS program activities is preferred.\nStrong written, verbal, interpersonal, and cross-functional communication skills.\nAvailability to support emergency response activities outside normal business hours as needed.\n Gowning and Physical Requirements:\nFull cleanroom attire (Examples may include: including laundered undergarments, gown, facemask, hairnet, safety glasses, safety shoes and booties, latex gloves and the use of sanitizing agents during gowning process including IPA)\nAbility to remove jewelry, make-up and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire\nDoes this sound like you?
