In this role, you will create antibody production cell lines using state-of-the-art mammalian expression technologies and develop new technologies to further advance our expression platform, while collaborating with cross-functional scientific teams.\nThis position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.\nWhen & where:\nLocation: Tarrytown, NY\nWork model: On-site\nDiscover your role:\nApply innovative mammalian expression technologies to generate regulatory-compliant stable cell lines\nPerform aseptic cell culture, handling, and transfection of cell lines\nConduct flow cytometry assays and operate liquid handler platforms (Hamilton) to analyze stable cell lines\nPerform molecular biology and protein biochemistry techniques, including PCR, RT-PCR, plasmid sub-cloning, isolation of genomic DNA and RNA from CHO cells, SDS-PAGE, and western blotting\nIndependently design, conduct, and analyze multicolor flow cytometry experiments\nAnalyze and present data at smaller team and broader department meetings\nMaintain complete, accurate, and timely records of experiments and data analysis\nThis role requires:\nPhD with 0-3 years of postdoctoral experience, or BS/MS with 4-8 years of experience, in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology\nHands-on technical experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, and antibody staining\nExperience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR and cloning\nPassion for innovation and a desire to lead new scientific directions\nWorking independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without direct supervision\nStrong desire to develop your skills and work with a cross-functional team and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment\nExperience with gene editing, lentivirus infections, CRISPR library workflows, and NGS is a plus\nDoes this sound like you?
