This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.\nWhen & where:\nHyderabad, India (Hybrid)\nDiscover your role:\nDesign, develop, and implement advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports to deliver metrics and analytics that drive business insights.\nBuild, test, maintain, and enhance reporting workbooks and dashboards supporting Global Development analytics initiatives.\nOptimize reporting platforms and business intelligence tools for performance, scalability, and usability.\nMonitor and refine dashboards and visualizations to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness in decision making.\nEnsure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting and visualization outputs.\nSupport AI integration initiatives, including opportunities to demonstrate Large Language Models within the reporting landscape to enhance decision-making capabilities.\nCommunicate technical concepts in business terms and translate business needs into reporting solutions that create measurable value.\nYou thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing attention to detail with delivery in a fast-paced setting.\nThis role requires:\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.\nHands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.\nStrong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.\nExperience integrating Large Language Models within the reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities.\nHands-on experience with Qlik (preferred).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.\nFamiliarity with clinical trial operational data.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.\nCollaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across partners.\nAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.\nDoes this sound like you?
